Then the YoYo is down and up the back side of GMR.
And GRR return to Baldy.
There is a mine at the junction of GMR and East Fork.
Took a quick look inside the entrance.

Took a little Sunday afternoon cruise from Claremont down around Puddingstone over to Covina
then up to Foothill/Baseline and back.

The GRR side was a very quiet Paradise
No cars, no pirates
When I got to the Maintenance shed turnaround the GMR friends showed up.
After talking awhile we left on our respective ways.
It was great seeing and talking to old friends.

Rode from Claremont out Baseline/Foothill to the San Gabriel River Trail
Took the river trail to Santa Fe dam and got off at Arrow Hwy
West on Arrow Hwy/Live Oak to the Rio Hondo Bike trail
South on the RHBT to Whittier Narrows.
Across the narrows to the SGRT then north up to Sierra Madre Ave.
Ate lunch at Pepe's Tacos, at SR39& Sierra Madre Ave.
Then rode back to Claremont.
An absolutely beautiful 75 degree day.

Basically the same ride as the first one this month.
